As you enter the cold, I will be there every step of the way to guide your breathing

and help you clear any mental or physical blocks that could be creating resistance

in your body. This is invaluable and really can help to increase your bodies cellular repair and resilience as you take lessons. This ancient practice is one the most powerful remedies to fight inflammation and promote healing in every way.

I cannot say enough for my students that incorporate Cole Plunge Therapy into their seminary and how transformative it really is. It is quite amazing to incorporate these sessions right after the surf lesson concludes, in order to restabilize your body and mind. I would personally recommend one session per every two lessons for the maximum benefit, however, even doing one or two per week of your seminary,

would be very beneficial to you.
